1. Delivery Timeline
All orders placed with Sheela Suthar Pret Couture are crafted to order. Standard delivery timelines are as follows:

The exact delivery timeframe is determined by:
- Complexity of the design and embroidery work
- Availability and sourcing of specific fabrics and materials
- Number of garments or pieces included in the order
- Custom fitting requirements and measurement consultations
- Seasonal demand and current order volume
Note: Working days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and regional festivals observed in India.
2. Order Processing
Your order enters our production queue upon receipt of confirmed payment and all required design specifications, including:
- Confirmed fabric and colour selections
- Accurate body measurements or size specifications
- Approved design references, sketches, or mood board
- Any specific customisation requests
Orders will not be processed until all design details and measurements have been received and confirmed by our team. Delays in providing this information will extend the estimated delivery date accordingly.
3. Shipping & Dispatch
Once your order has been completed and undergone our quality inspection, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your garments arrive in impeccable condition.
- Domestic shipping (India): 3 – 7 business days after dispatch
- International shipping: 7 – 21 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance
- All orders are shipped with full insurance and tracking
- A tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp upon dispatch
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Complimentary shipping may be offered on select orders — please enquire with our team for current offers.

Please ensure all shipping details provided at the time of order are accurate and complete. Sheela Suthar Pret Couture will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional charges for re-shipment due to incorrect details will be borne by the customer.
8. Packaging
All garments are packaged with the utmost care in our signature branded packaging to ensure they arrive pristine and ready to wear. We use protective garment covers, tissue paper, and sealed outer cartons to maintain the integrity of each piece throughout transit.
9. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through the respective courier’s website or app.
