We offer free shipping across India, fully covered by us.
For international orders, shipping charges are additional and calculated based on the product’s weight, volume, and destination country. Applicable charges will be shared upon inquiry or before order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

All garments are made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Once an order is confirmed, returns and exchanges are not permitted. However, if alterations are required, we will be happy to assist to ensure the best possible fit.

For both domestic and international orders, if alterations are needed, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, as at least one trial is required to achieve the most accurate fit.

Taxes & Duties

All product prices are displayed at Maximum Retail Price (MRP).

For international deliveries, orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means product prices do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes. Any applicable duties or taxes must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery to clear the shipment from customs.
