Orders & Payments
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases of incorrect product delivery.
  • Payment gateway charges apply: 9% for domestic paymentsand 2.9% for international payments.
Products, Fit & Colours
  • All garments are made to order.
  • The fit of our products may vary depending on the cut, fabric, and style. Some designs have a loose or relaxed fit, while others are more fitted. Please refer to our size chartto select the best size for you.
  • Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting differences.
Delivery Timelines
  • Standard delivery time is 15 – 45 days, depending on the outfit.
  • Delays may occur if:
  • Full payment is not received
  • Incorrect address or measurements are provided
  • The customer does not respond on time

Shipping
  • Free shipping within India.
  • International shipping chargesare additional and depend on product weight, size, and destination.
  • Shipping charges will be shared before order confirmation.
  • For alterations, return shipping costs are borne by the customer(domestic and international).
  • International customers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxesat the time of delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Alterations
  • As all outfits are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not allowed.
  • Alterations may be offered at the discretion of the SS team.
  • No alterations are allowed on sale items.

Sale, Discounts & Promotions
  • Sales apply to select products only.
  • Sale and discounted items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  • Discounts do not apply to custom-made, early delivery, or newly ordered styles.
  • Promotion codes:
  1. Are non-transferable
  2. Cannot be combined with other offers
  3. Have no cash value
  • No price adjustments will be made before or after sales.
  • Sheela Sutharreserves the right to modify or end any sale or promotion at any time.
Undelivered Orders
  • If an order is returned or remains uncollected, we will attempt to contact the customer.
  • Orders will be held for six (6) months.
  • If there is no response within this period, the order amount will be forfeited and the outfit discarded.
Intellectual Property

All website content, including designs, images, text, and logos, is the property of SHEELA SUTHAR and may not be used without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bombay Court.
